By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Kindid application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.
02. Description of Service
Kindid is an authentic social platform for communities, campuses, and real-world places. Kindid enables users to capture dual-camera moments, share community updates, participate in campus/place hubs, interact via KindMojis, and communicate through direct messaging without artificial vanity metrics.
03. Eligibility & Account Security
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Kindid.
Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
04. User Content & License
Ownership: You retain full ownership of all photos, audio clips, captions, comments, and messages you submit or publish on Kindid ("User Content").
License to Kindid: By publishing User Content on Kindid, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely as necessary to operate, display, and deliver the Kindid service to you and authorized users in accordance with your privacy settings.
✨ Authenticity & Prohibited Conduct
To maintain an authentic and safe community, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following:
- Posting stolen media, deceptive photos, or misleading content designed to deceive others.
- Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or non-consensual sharing of intimate media.
- Publishing private personal information of others (doxxing) or violating individual consent.
- Creating automated bot accounts, scraping platform data, or manipulating API endpoints.
- Attempting to bypass security controls, rate limits, or moderation filters.
05. Content Moderation & Enforcement
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, flag, hide, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, temporary account suspension, or permanent account termination without prior notice.
06. Privacy Policy
Your use of Kindid is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
07. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
"AS IS" Service: Kindid is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolvarionX and Kindid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Kindid following posted updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
